Sample projects that he has consulted for have included: Worked with a Fortune 100 Health Insurance Plan to jumpstart their Medicare Member Conversion and Retention processes resulting in: an ROI of $72M and year over year change of $43M, and realized a member conversion goal of increasing conversion sales by nearly 400%; Led efforts for a 4 hospital system in NYC to conduct a financial clearance implementation; and Orchestrated Medicaid Transformation efforts for a NY-based hospital including project planning, partner selection and grant application management efforts utilizing $6B in State provided funding.

Previously, he spent time at a Fortune 50 health insurance company working to improve collaboration efforts with providers in value-based contract arrangements.

He believes true healthcare reform can only be achieved when all those in the healthcare ecosystem take on a preventative healthcare mindset.
